Dont you step on my Blue suede shoes!

Image
I literally can not get enough of shoes.. I have every style possible and sometimes when I really love a particular pair of shoes I buy either the exact same pair again or I buy another pair in a different colour. I don't usually wear colours but every now and again I love a pop of colour to inject into my wardrobe and really bring an outfit to life! If you have been keeping up with my blogs you will have noticed I am a massive fan of the lace up flats... I have a pair in black, red, tan and now blue, I'm all over this look. I love the fact you can just throw them on at the weekend with a pair of jeans and still look smart/ casual. The shoes are recently from Next and I just knew I had to have them because they just looked so beautifully blue. It's a vibrant, strong royal blue. This colour is eye catching and equally elegant. The shoes are great for weekends this spring/ summer with a pair of jeans/ cigarette trousers or a lovely summer dress. They have enough l

Saturday night and I had a birthday to attend And i couldn't wait...I do love an occasion. I love when groups of friends or family are brought together to celebrate. This time I had pre planned and I knew exactly what I wanted to wear. This particular birthday celebration was being held in a pub close to where I live and it's a smart / casual pub. When I think of smart/ casual, I always think of a pair of jeans with a dressy top and understated shoes/ boots. I recently won a competition with Next where I could choose a few free items of clothing and one of the pieces I chose was this top. I literally couldn't wait to wear it once it arrived and my friends birthday was a great excuse. This style is currently on trend and you will see a lot of different types of this style sweeping the high street and taking over many of our wardrobes. The style being quite boho will be great for summer evening, trips to the city and can even be rocked at festivals. It's so versa

Accessorize Elephant pendant details

Image
For a long time I stopped buying fashion jewellery but Accessorize keep enticing me with their gorgeous windows and jewellery collections that I can't help but keep going back. I have recently been buying midi rings and cluster sets but this time this Elephant pendant screamed take me home! Once I had picked him up I seriously could not put him back. I honestly couldn't resist him, a little chunky blue and silver elephant. I love Elephants and always find them quite cultural and especially baby ones...they are so cute. I have worn this necklace all weekend or shall I say this little guy has come everywhere with me! I find It's a great necklace to throw on day or night. The chain isn't too thin - some necklaces are very delicate and you have to take extra care but that is one reason it goes well day or night. I tend to wear thin/ delicate necklaces more in the evening. With The chain being fairly long in size the elephant really speaks volumes. It

Step into Spring with Dorothy Perkins lace up pumps

When one season ends and another begins it always brings me much excitement, Spring is one of my favourite seasons. I love the pastel colours, different shades of Tan and a pop of colour every now and  then. My latest Spring addition are my super cute super stylish Tan "Hurlie" lace up pumps from Dorothy Perkins. I seriously cannot get enough of this latest trend. These flats are simple throw on shoes, great for the weekend or even for work. They are very reasonably priced and can be teamed with almost anything. I have only starting wearing them as I wouldn't risk wearing them in the rain. I find them comfy and being a size 4 they are true to size. The lace Is reasonably long and you can tie lovely bows round your ankle. Fashion moves fast and these are a great price to get the look without over spending. (Hurry they are currently on sale) I have only worn them twice but when I first wore them I wore distressed jeans (pictured above) and a funky Te
