The Pom Pom Heels Edit

Image
Pom Pom heels have to be the best invention in recent years. After having my baby girl I have had to have a revamp of my wardrobe and update my style. I found I was having a slight identity crisis.. and wanted to be more fun!! I was casually shopping in Topshop whilst on the phone and suddenly these pom pom heels caught my eye! These are the epitome of FUN! gorgeous dusky pink and large pom poms. Love Love LOVE!! These are the high-streets answer to the famous Aquazzura powder puff heels! I absolutely love finding dupes and this one I want to share with as many people as possible. Aquazzura heels can set you back around £500 where these are just £39!! I decided to let my imagination run wild with my recent outfit... I wore the pom pom shoes with a floral print dress and a dusky pink faux fur bag also from Topshop. I haven't felt this way about a style I have created since before I was pregnant! for once I felt great! Not only did I have the best dupes ...

My Zara Haul - The Chanel Dupes Edit

Image
Im shoe crazy. like most women right? Or so I keep telling myself. Recently I've had a lot of time on my hands.. ok when I say time I actually mean I'm feeding my baby and trawling the internet desperately looking for new trends/ key pieces and how to revive my style. Zara is one of my easy go to places when I feel this way - why? well I pretty much love most things they sell.. if I could be their walking advert I would.. well I technically am as my wardrobe is Zara full. So on to my haul.. the other week I did an Instagram story asking my followers if I should purchase 3 pairs of shoes I had seen or just the 1.. the results were 84% said to buy them and following that I had many DMs saying to go for it! life is too short. I only know this too well after last years events and thought why not!! These shoes are ALL in the style of Chanel BUT for a very tiny fraction of Chanels asking price - hence why I could indulge in buying all 3!   I am so in love with Chanel a...

Silver flat forms from H&M

Image
I have to say I've surprised even myself with this one. I love all things gold, not brassy gold but light dusky gold and I've been on the hunt for some golf flatforms and I've basically failed BUT on my quest I found the coolest silver ones! So every cloud really does have a SILVER lining!!!! These are gorgeous... I'm a huge flatform fan... They are comfy, give you height and really make a statement. A lot of the fashion houses like Gucci have released flat forms and the high street have followed. I love the contrast of the white sole and the silver....     The first time I wore them was with this gingham dress and leggings.....a kinda sporty look which I found quite fun and different. I look forward to also wearing them with skinny jeans and slogan tees or a mini jean skirt and oversized tee. These have to be the perfect shoes for spring and summer. Reasonably priced and can be found at H&M. Xxxx

Chanel dupes Openwork slingback high heel shoes from Zara

Image
introducing my recent pride and joy... These gorgous shoes!! I am literally shoe crazy right now but I am crazy about getting good value dupes and I am ticking every box in my quest with Zara's shoes. These are my Chanel dupes.. I have a few now but I really love these. These are a deep black suede texture with caged fronts, sling backs which are very Chanel and chunky heels. When I picked them up I was in two minds but I have got to say I am so glad they are mine. They scream fashionista and are so classy. The toes are capped which is great as I hate seeing toes and keeps the look more elegant with being able to see less. The caged effect is so different and they just seriously scream Chanel to me. I have bought these to wear as a guest for a Baptism with a gingham dress. I have never bought a mid -heel like this one so I, excited to see how long I last in them! Top reasons to buy the latest Chanel dupes? 1. Great value for money - look far more expen...

My first night in Milan "I feel like I'm a walking Zara advert"

Image
After a short journey to Milan (1 hour and 45 minutes from Stanstead) and a few hours roaming around the city and bumping into Mr Gorgio Armani himself... Seriously I did! It was time to get ready and go for Dinner. The weather in Milan around the summer months is hot and humid and the nights especially. As I only went for 3 nights/ 4 days I really tried to keep my luggage to a minimum. Hand luggage doesn't allow you to take "options" and if needs be cities like Milan have the regular high street shops so if you have forgotten something then you can always pick it up there. My first night in Milan I really did feel like I was a walking Zara advert as I was literally dressed head to toe in Zara. Places like Milan tend to be very humid in the summer so I opted for a loose white shirt dress and a pair of statement shoes and matching bag. The white shirt dress was cool to wear as it wasnt tight and a perfect style for a fashion city! I bought it in a size "S...

Summer shoes..summer fun from Silk Fred

Image
During the summer season I love to own several pairs of summer shoes. I find it so easy to get carried away as there's so much more variety than winter shoes. I love pumps, trainers, sandles and espadrilles as I find them all pretty cheap which means I can mix and match my looks throughout summer for less and wear them this year and buy the latest footwear next year. After years of battling with my "online shopping" issues I have finally started to enjoy the process and I am trying to vary where I buy from. My latest purchase is from the wonderful world of Silk Fred. I have followed them on Facebook for at least 2 years and since last year on Instagram, I have loved so many items they have and the prices vary - you can find so much just browsing through and easily start falling in love. I fell in love with these beauts! For so long I have wanted shoes that I could wear day time with heels and I have never been happier! I am mad about lace up shoes in general t...
