Grey Faux Fur Coat inspiration from Primark

Image
At this time of year its perfect to get out your faux fur coats and really wrap up warm. Each year I love to look for something new but I am reluctant to pay high price tags. Why? Some can be so expensive and when you drag them out the dark depths of your cupboards a year later you might have gone off that look. So this year I purchased my Faux fur from Primark. Yes Primark! I am sooooo pleased with my purchase. I kept dreaming of a dusty pink one but when I set eyes on this light grey I was sold! I have so much grey and I knew I could match it better. I purchased a size 10 as I like it to be oversized, it has a lovely collar and great length where it covers my behind :) Some faux fur coats I feel can't really be worn after Christmas (I know its a weird thing to say) but black faux fur to me screams November/ December. Whereas a lighter colour can take you through to February and gives you a longer life span of wearing it.   For the price I paid I still f...

Style Tipper - Leopard Print coat classic trend

Image
This post is a little late for the time of the season or we could spin it on its head and say I'm incredibly early for AW17. Either way this look is a classic one, so you could say this is more of an informative blog/ style tipper ... Actually that's what I will call this - "Style Tipper" and it ALLLLL about my leopard print coat which despite purchasing over 6 weeks ago (hence why I'm late) I just haven't had time to wear it or the right moment. The moment was Saturday when I was heading out shopping with my mum.   This actual coat was purchased from Matalan and is no longer available, however most high street stores still have similar Leopard print coats available. If you can't get your hands on one now, wait til Autumn and ensure  you snap one up as this classic coat is a fashion trend year in and year out. I am so happy I have this coat as I know now I will have it for years to come. How would you wear leopard print? Some people ...

The Classic cut long Trench coat from Bershka

Image
As you might of guessed I am a HUGE fan of Bershka.. I love the shop and can't get enough of their trends each season. Some trends however I like to keep classic and "The Trench Coat" truely is a classic every autumn. The coat was used during the war and created specifically for soldiers and was mad iconic by top designer brands (are available in their stores in different designs all year round) Whereas the high street shops realease their trench coats late August and early September. When I saw this one from Bershka I really loved it... I mainly want to use it for work but no doubt I will be rocking it at the weekend too.. Here's why I reccomemd this trench coat from Bershka: 1. Classic style you can wear each autumn therefore you need to invest in a good quality Trench. 2. Good value and good quality - this in my opinion is mid range. There are quite cheap trench coats and also some very expensive ones.. This is your in between. 3. Classic colou...

Topshops Contrast Panel Duster Coat

Image
Darker nights are starting to set in, as we wave goodbye to summer... Autumn is finally here! I have to admit I really love summer vibes but I ALWAYS love the start of a new season, I don't often tend to buy colours so summer tends to be quite tricky for me. I love autumn and winter as you can literally stay classic  (safe)  with my favourite colour "black". I have to admit I started buying Some of my new season clothes in mid August :) The weather seemed to stay quite warm so I have been delayed in wearing/ blogging about this stunning Topshop Contrast Panel Duster Coat. Until Saturday happened.   I went for a dark grungy glam look - the coat swishes as you walk and has details that sets it apart from the rest.   The pockets and the arms are a mesh style fabric which contrasts against the rest of the coat. Reasons why this is a must have this season: 1. Long dusters are the one. 2. It's oversized and I love oversized clothes for autumn and win...

Spring essential edition - River Island Pink Lightweight Trench coat

Image
Spring has sprung and what better way than to start treating yourself to a few new key essentials for this season? I tend to purchase my key items before the season is in full swing and the minute I bought my River Island lightweight Trench Coat it helped me to decide my colour palette for my spring/ summer collection. I absolutely adore blush pink and mixing it with other earth colours, I find these particular shades look soft, natural and delicate. I like to mix and match it with a spot of lace to give that added girly touch.     The reason I chose this particular coat was because it's extremely soft texture. It's 100% Tencel and is machine washable which can be very handy (Being a light colour you never know how often you may need to clean it!) it's a great 3/4 length style means it can still keep you warm on those crisp spring days a head. With the texture being so soft it's not too structured and has that "I've just thrown it on" look. This i...
